Dear SAGA Members, Gas Practitioners and SGES Equipment Permit Holders The majority of POPIA’s sections commenced on 1 July 2020, with sections 110 (Amendment of laws) and 114(4) (Transitional arrangements) of POPIA only commencing on 30 June 2021. Companies have until 30 June 2021 within which to comply with its provisions.
